KeyConnect+ provides a digital platform to manage and participate in sports teams, events, and social networking. Our Services are organized around the following user types:
Users can post, publish, store, display, stream, and share information about Players, Teams, Events, and other content ("User Content"), including Player data, photos, audio, and video ("Media Content").
We may collect information about you by various means, including:
Team Admins and Organizations may provide us with User Content and personal information about you, including eligibility, roster details, scheduling, and performance information. We do not generally control how Team Admins and Organizations input, use, or share this content.
We may collect or convert information into anonymized or aggregate format that does not identify you. Such information may be used for analytics, marketing, and service improvement.
We and our vendors use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies ("Activity Tools") to collect Online User Activity when you use our Services. Activity Tools help us identify returning users, analyze traffic patterns, improve the Services, and deliver customized content and advertising.
Most browsers allow you to reject cookies. If you disable cookies, some features of the Services may not function correctly. We endeavor to honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from supported browsers.
We use the information we collect to:
User Content you post publicly through the Services is treated as generally available to the public and may be shared by other users or made available to third-party partners.
We share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Services including cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, and advertising networks. These providers are contractually required to maintain appropriate security measures.

You may update your account information through the App settings or request deletion by contacting us at privacy@keychainapps.net.
You may disable precise location access through your device settings at any time. We may still collect general location from your IP address.
You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or our in-app cookie controls.
You may opt out of push notifications by adjusting permissions in your mobile device settings or by uninstalling the App.
We may refuse requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical efforts, risk the privacy of others, or are impractical.
KeyConnect+ is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without express parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected unauthorized information about your child under 13, please contact us at privacy@keychainapps.net and we will promptly delete it.
If you are a California resident under the age of 18, please do not share personal information on any public content channel we offer. If you do post such information, you may request removal by contacting us.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. The following specific retention schedules apply:

Upon expiration of the applicable retention periods, all associated event data — including personal information, media content, and analytics records — is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems and backups.
We implement industry-standard physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and password-protected accounts with restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a data breach requiring notification under applicable law, we will notify affected users as required.

You agree to use the Services and any content you access only for your own personal, non-commercial use and in compliance with all applicable laws. All materials available through the Services ("Content") are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use Content solely for the purpose of using the Services. Any use beyond this is expressly prohibited without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to remove any Content from the Services at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion and without notice. You agree not to rely on the Services as the sole storage location for any content that is important to you.
KeyConnect+ and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services and Content, including but not limited to computer code, artwork, animations, sounds, audiovisual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, and documentation.
You acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership or property interest in your Account, and all rights in and to your Account are owned by KeyConnect+.
"KeyConnect+" and related logos are trademarks or service marks of the individual developer and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
Any Feedback you submit grants KeyConnect+ a fully paid, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that Feedback in any manner.
You are legally responsible for all User Content uploaded or stored through your Account. KeyConnect+ reserves the right to review, edit, remove, or refuse to post any User Content for any or no reason, and to terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms.
KeyConnect+ claims no intellectual property rights over your User Content — it remains yours. However, by posting User Content, you grant KeyConnect+ an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, copy, store, distribute, display, modify, and create derivative works of such content as necessary to provide and improve the Services.
You represent and warrant that your User Content: (1) does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (2) does not defame any person; (3) does not contain harmful code; and (4) if it contains third-party names, likenesses, or voices, you have obtained all necessary consents.
If you post User Content relating to a minor under the age of 13 ("Minor Data"), you represent and warrant that you are the parent or guardian of such minor, or have obtained verifiable parental consent. If consent is withdrawn, you must promptly remove the Minor Data from the Services.
The availability of the App is dependent on the third-party platform from which you received the App license (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play). These Terms are between you and KeyConnect+, not the App Store. KeyConnect+, not the App Store, is solely responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, support, and warranty.
Your license to use the App is conditioned on your compliance with all applicable App Store terms. You acknowledge that the App Store company and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (see the Privacy Policy tab above), available at www.keychainapps.net. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Conduct Policy at all times. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your access.
You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content or engage in any activity that:
You are prohibited from violating the security of any system or network comprising the Services, including unauthorized access or probing, unauthorized monitoring of traffic, denial of service attacks, forging headers, and using means to avoid access limitations.

KeyConnect+ is a platform that facilitates the organization and participation in sports teams, events, and related physical activities. BY USING THE SERVICES TO ORGANIZE, JOIN, OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY SPORTING EVENT, ACTIVITY, OR IN-PERSON GATHERING, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
Sports and physical activities involve inherent risks of injury, illness, or death. By participating in any activity organized or facilitated through KeyConnect+, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation, including but not limited to risks arising from the negligence of other participants, organizers, or third parties.
You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue KeyConnect+ and its individual developer, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to any physical injury, bodily harm, illness, death, or property damage sustained in connection with any event, activity, or in-person gathering organized, promoted, or facilitated through the Services, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
KeyConnect+ does not organize, supervise, sponsor, or endorse any specific sporting event, team activity, or in-person gathering listed or facilitated through the Services. We make no representations regarding the safety, qualifications of organizers, availability of medical personnel, adequacy of facilities, or suitability of any activity for any participant. You are solely responsible for evaluating the safety and appropriateness of any activity before participating.
You represent that you are in adequate physical condition to participate in any activity you engage in through the Services, and that you have consulted with a qualified medical professional if necessary. KeyConnect+ is not responsible for any health-related consequences arising from your participation in any activity.
KeyConnect+ is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or omissions of any user, whether online or offline. We do not conduct background checks, verify the identity, credentials, or qualifications of any user, coach, team administrator, or event organizer. You interact with other users entirely at your own risk.
KeyConnect+ is not a party to any in-person meeting, event, or activity arranged between users through the Services. We are not responsible for any harm, injury, loss, or damage that occurs as a result of any offline interaction between users, including but not limited to physical assault, harassment, stalking, theft, or property damage. You assume full responsibility for your safety when meeting or interacting with other users in person.
If you experience harassment, stalking, threats, doxxing, or any other abusive behavior from another user, please report it immediately to privacy@keychainapps.net. While we take such reports seriously and will investigate, KeyConnect+ is not liable for the harmful actions of other users. We encourage you to contact local law enforcement if you believe you are in immediate danger.
The Services may allow users to share location information in connection with events and activities. You acknowledge that sharing your location carries inherent risks and you do so voluntarily. KeyConnect+ is not responsible for any harm arising from location data you choose to share with other users.
KeyConnect+ does not perform background checks on any user, coach, team administrator, organization, or event organizer. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of their child's interactions with other users through the Services.
By attending, organizing, or participating in any event that is live streamed or recorded through the Services, you consent to being filmed, photographed, recorded, and broadcast, and you grant KeyConnect+ and other users the right to use such recordings as permitted under these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Services to live stream or record an event, you are solely responsible for: (a) obtaining all necessary consents from participants, spectators, and venue owners; (b) complying with all applicable recording, broadcasting, and privacy laws; (c) obtaining any required licenses from venues, leagues, or governing bodies; and (d) ensuring you have the right to broadcast any music, logos, or other third-party intellectual property that may appear in your stream or recording.
If you live stream or record any content that includes minors, you represent and warrant that you have obtained verifiable written consent from the parent or legal guardian of each minor who appears. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws governing the recording and publication of images or video of minors.
KeyConnect+ is not responsible for any unauthorized recording, streaming, or distribution of your likeness, image, or voice by other users. If you believe your image or likeness has been used without your consent, please contact us at privacy@keychainapps.net.
KeyConnect+ reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms or our Conduct Policy; (b) conduct harmful to other users, third parties, or KeyConnect+; (c) fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; or (d) extended inactivity.
Upon termination of your account: (a) your right to access and use the Services immediately ceases; (b) we may delete your account data and User Content subject to our Data Retention Policy; (c) you will not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or continued access; and (d) all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
If your account has been permanently terminated or banned for violations of these Terms, you are prohibited from creating a new account or accessing the Services under any other name, email address, or identity. Circumventing a ban is itself a violation of these Terms and may result in further legal action.
As an individually developed application, KeyConnect+ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Services, or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice or liability to you. We make no guarantee of continuous availability, uptime, or uninterrupted access. You agree that KeyConnect+ shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
The Services allow users to post and share sports scores, rosters, schedules, statistics, standings, and other event-related information. KeyConnect+ does not verify, validate, or endorse the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any such information. You acknowledge and agree that:
The Services may offer the ability to register or log in using third-party authentication services such as Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or other OAuth providers ("Third-Party Login Services"). By using any Third-Party Login Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
We may also integrate with third-party services such as mapping, analytics, and social media platforms. KeyConnect+ is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service or integration.
From time to time, we may make certain features available through beta testing ("Beta Features"). Beta Features are not publicly available and are offered solely for testing and evaluation purposes. You acknowledge that Beta Features may not operate as expected, and all information related to a Beta Feature is confidential and must not be shared with any other person.
You are solely responsible for your activities on the Services, including all content you submit. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeyConnect+ and its successors and assigns against any and all third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
KeyConnect+ takes no responsibility for any damages or injuries arising from your use of content provided through the Services (e.g., sports drills or training videos). Such content is for informational purposes only. You accept all responsibility and release KeyConnect+ from any liability arising from your use of such content.

KeyConnect+ is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including users who access the Services free of charge. All users are fully bound by this dispute resolution process.
Before filing any legal claim, you must first contact us in good faith and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Send a written Notice of Dispute to privacy@keychainapps.net describing: (a) the nature and basis of your claim; (b) the specific relief you are seeking; and (c) your contact information. We will respond within 15 business days. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for 30 days from the date the Notice is received. Many disputes can and should be resolved at this stage without any further action.
If informal resolution fails and your claim qualifies, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Harris County, Texas, or in the small claims court of your county of residence, provided the claim remains within that court's jurisdictional limits (typically claims under $10,000). Small claims court is faster, cheaper, and does not require an attorney. This option is available to all users regardless of whether they are free or paid users.
If your dispute cannot be resolved informally and does not qualify for small claims court, it shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at www.adr.org. No prior agreement with AAA is required — arbitration is initiated by filing a demand directly with AAA.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single, neutral arbitrator. If your claim is $10,000 or less, you may choose whether the arbitration is conducted: (a) solely on written submissions; (b) by telephone or video conference; or (c) in person in Harris County, Texas, or your county of residence. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees. AAA filing fees will be allocated according to the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules (typically $200 or less for claims under $10,000). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
KeyConnect+ has chosen AAA over JAMS as our arbitration provider because AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules are specifically designed to be accessible and affordable for individual consumers, with lower filing fees and consumer-friendly procedures. Neither party needs a pre-existing agreement or account with AAA to use this process.
The following claims are NOT subject to arbitration and may be brought in court: (a) claims for emergency injunctive or equitable relief to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration; (b) claims of defamation; (c) claims of violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act; (d) claims of infringement or misappropriation of patent, copyright, trademark, or trade secrets. For any litigation permitted under this Agreement, the parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
This Arbitration Agreement will survive the termination of your relationship with KeyConnect+ and continues to apply to all claims arising before termination.

These Terms will be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act, without giving effect to any conflict-of-law principles.
These Terms and your rights hereunder may not be assigned, subcontracted, delegated, or otherwise transferred by you without KeyConnect+'s prior written consent. Any attempted transfer in violation of the foregoing will be null and void.
KeyConnect+ shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, fire, floods, accidents, or strikes.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Any waiver or failure to enforce any provision on one occasion will not be deemed a waiver of any other provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the final, complete, and exclusive agreement of the parties and supersede all prior discussions and agreements.
These Terms are subject to change at any time in KeyConnect+'s sole discretion. When changes are made, an updated version will be posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Sections 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding any termination.
